Help hospices survive ADRs.

Who we're looking for

One or more of the following:

• ADR / audit response track record — you've prepared rebuttal packets for UPIC suspensions, MAC TPE rounds, SMRC, CERT, or PPEO ADRs and know what survives review.
• Clinical surveyor experience — you've been on the surveyor side for hospice or home health, with CMS, an accreditor (TJC, CHAP, ACHC), or a state agency.
• Hospice operator or compliance officer — you've owned or run the documentation function inside a hospice and know what gets paid vs. what gets denied.
• Hospice billing & revenue cycle — you've worked claim-level denials and resubmissions and understand the technical denial patterns.
• Regulatory depth — you can read 42 C.F.R. Parts 418/424/405, the Medicare Benefit Policy Manual, and the latest CMS hospice rules without flinching.

What you'd do

• Review hospice chart packets pre-submission — identify documentation gaps that map to specific audit allegations.
• Triage rebuttal-bound CCNs into "strong" / "weak" / "concede" buckets.
• Verify technical accuracy of elections, addendums, F2F encounters, certifications, IDT notes, and POCs.
• Write structured findings packets the client's Medical Director can sign off on.
• Occasionally join client phone consults as a subject-matter expert.

How it works

• 1099 subcontractor of Roundbox LLC. Roundbox holds the BAA with the hospice client; you sign a subcontractor BAA with Roundbox before any PHI moves.
• Per-engagement assignment. We match your background to incoming work — you're not on the hook for a fixed schedule.
• Paid on completion. Per-engagement compensation tied to complexity and your experience level. We discuss specifics during the interview.
• Remote. Work happens through our portal — chart files, notes, and findings all in one place. (Portal launches in v2; current engagements use secure file transfer.)

3. If we move forward, you sign the subcontractor BAA with Roundbox LLC and we onboard you into the auditor portal.
