One chart, 3 hours at $300/hr. $450 now, $450 before findings.

After the initial review

If your charting is workable and we're a fit, we take you on and keep going. Ongoing chart work is billed weekly by the hour at $300/hr — you get an itemized Stripe invoice each week for the hours actually worked. Plan on roughly 2–3 hours per chart as a rule of thumb; the invoice always reflects real time, never an estimate.

What you should know about pricing

Fees are earned on delivery, not on outcomes. CMS and the MACs make their own decisions; we don't control those.
Phone consult is non-refundable once the time is held. You can reschedule with notice.
The Initial Chart Review is a flat $900 for one chart — no surprise overage on that first review.
We bill through Stripe. You'll get a receipt by email.
BAA before file upload. If review involves us touching PHI, you'll sign a Business Associate Agreement (with Roundbox LLC) before any documents change hands.
